The apartment complex is at most a 5 minute walk to campus (I've walked to class everyday since August). It would be $550 a month plus electric which we get the bill every 2 months for (I've lived in Southside since August and the electric has never been more than $100 for 2 months). 20 year old, female college student looking for another female college student who's clean and reliable to live in my quiet, fully furnished one bedroom apartment. There is a small kitchen (I love to cook), a living room, dining area, a bedroom with two beds in it, and then down the hall is the bathroom. The apartment has three different closets, so plenty of room for two people! Rent is $517 a month, and includes heat and hot water. The electric bill varies, but isn't a big cost, and my roommate and I split the cable/internet cost which can be discussed. The apartment is open to rent for the Spring 2016 semester.  The apartment is located in Southside Apartments, which is right next to campus, I walk to class everyday!
