Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hello all!

I am a responsible young professional looking for a studio or single bedroom apartment in the village of New Paltz. I am relocating to the area this coming August and would like to sign a lease for the 1st (somewhat flexible). I will be working full time, and when home I will mostly be relaxing so I would like a fairly quiet place. I would like to be close to Main Street, and generally within walking distance of shops, cafes, and restaurants. I am hoping to keep rent around 800 or less with utilities included.

Hello,
I am a female looking for a kind, respectful, and clean roommate to share an apartment with starting this August. I don't have an apartment found yet, but am generally looking for a two bedroom in New Paltz close to Main Street within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. I would prefer to keep the total rent including all utilities under 1,500 (to be split between myself and the roommate).

I am a friendly and easy-going young professional relocating to the New Paltz area this coming August. I keep a relativly clean apartment, and I don't have any pets but love animals and would be open to having one in the apartment if they are well trained.  Generally Looking for a responsible college student or young professional.
