My current roommate and I are looking for a two bedroom apartment to rent beginning June 1, 2017.
We are interested in renting an apartment or house, a year lease is more than fine (month-to-month is fine as well).
We have two female cats that are very well-behaved, friendly, quiet, and have not made any physical damage to the house we are currently living in (landlord would be happy to speak on our behalf).

If you are renting, please contact me at the e-mail address I have provided at the end of this post with the following information:
Security deposit required upon move in, monthly rent, type of apartment (complex, part of house, etc), utilities that are included, laundry on-site or off, parking on-site or off, and/or anything else that you think would be important in our decision making.

Please e-mail information to the following:

Hey there,
I'm looking for a studio apartment to rent beginning on June 1st--preferably a year lease with the ability to sublet if necessary.  I'll be graduating in May and will no longer be a student, and I highly prefer living alone.
I don't smoke or party, and I'm a quiet individual.  I can give my current landlords and roommate as a reference if needed.

Highly prefer all/some utilities included, and I don't really have a set price in mind just yet, so throw out some places!

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for an apartment that's available as of June 1, 2016 (or perhaps the last week of May--my current lease ends on the 31st of May so anything a bit before or on June 1st would work!).

Searching for an apartment that has a year-lease. One bedroom or studio highly preferred--having a separate bedroom in a house, or sharing a two bedroom with someone would be okay as well.  I am graduating in May, and will be working full time in the area / working multiple jobs, so I'm looking for a serious environment.  I don't mind living with students, or non-students.  No-smoking is highly preferred (if you do smoke, I ask that you smoke outside, because I can't breathe it in and I don't want my things smelling like smoke).  The place does not need to be furnished, as I have furniture.  Pets allowed would be awesome, but if they aren't allowed that's fine as well.  I suppose I have a female roommate preference, although at this point I don't really care! I just need a place that I can live, a place where I can cook myself meals, and roommates that are respectful.

Feel free to email me at fahnestc1@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu with information on the apartment.
Please include the following information: Rent per month, Security deposit, utilities that are included, utilities that are not included, laundry on site or off, parking on site or off.  Address and pictures would help immensely as well.

Hey,

I'm looking for a studio apartment that would be available anytime after graduation / June 1st; I'm looking to be able to have a year lease as well.
It has to be within walking distance to the college, preferably close to the Stop and Shop mall as well, or near a bus stop.

$750 is the most I'd be able to afford, and I'd want most if not all utilities included if that were possible.

Again, a studio apartment, not just a room in a house.

Just shoot me an email with the information!  Pictures would be appreciated as well.  Thank you!

Good afternoon,

Over winter break my previous roommate passed away, that being said I'm in search of a roommate so I don't get kicked out (due to not being able to afford the rent on my own).

It's a two bedroom apartment, only ONE room is available.  I have furniture already in the living room, and there IS a mattress / dresser and night stand in the other room in case you need it, although I can move it out.
Rent is $625 a month.  Hot water and heating is included in the rent.  We pay for the electric and anything else.

I am a 20 year old female, I go to school full time, I work right after class and once I'm home I'm studying and working on classwork.  That being said, I'm looking for someone that is serious about their academics as well.

If you have any questions or are interested please feel free to contact me at the following:
