utilities are included so its just $450 a month!
(There are two separate rooms available)
Laundry is elsewhere. (no washer& dry)
Internet we split so $10 a month....

Plenty of parking space on property,
great front yard with fire-pit for bonfires.
The house is walking distance to SUNY New Paltz

for move in August 15th(or as soon as possible!!!). Otherwise he will be moving in just about anyone...
It's a matter of timing I suppose...

As long as you're cool, like to have fun and take school seriously you'll be alright.
Please! No lazy people, no biggy. Being tighty is a must...

We are looking for one more female preferably,
a SUNY student or not to live in our lovely house.
It is a five bedroom apartment, and our section is the
top floor of a three floor home. Living with us, so far
is Zach, Andrea, Kelly& Joe. (2 gals and 2 guys)


I myself (age,22) work, sleep, etc. and go to school full-time.
Zach (21) is a really nice guy and visits home sometimes on the weekend.
Andrea (23) works Thursdays-Mondays as a live-in nurse in CT.
Kayla (22) she's cool. I don't know much about her yet,

My landlord has allowed me some extra days to find the right person, not much time...
Otherwise after Friday August 7th, for move in August 15th just about anyone can take the room.

I can afford 400-650 a month if not more. However it's gotta be worth it, so to speak...

My friends call me Joey, otherwise Joey Flowers... you can call me Joe. I just got a sweet new job working full-time with overtime into the summer and so on. I need a new place to live, and I'm looking for something uptown closer to Stop N' Shop, but not too far up, considering I'll be working over there-ish.
Ideal apartment would be/includes:

Chill housemate,  -maybe two or three people.
i.e. I'm leaving a place where its 11 people in two apartments in one house, and cleaning sucks.

Nice kitchen, living space,
Non-smoking inside is always best.
Pets are cool, as long as there is no smell w/cat, and there's a good vacuum if there's a dog.
Has a yard, or patio to hangout on...
the neighbors aren't cranky, and won't make calls to complain... for example: if they have a child and there's music playing late.

I'd prefer to live with girls, but it doesn't really matter.
I'll be working all day into nights anyway. If and when I feel like partying I'll go out to a bar, or to a friends to get turnt.

I am transferring into New Paltz this upcoming Fall for Geology; both myself and a very nice gal student named Amber who also is a Geology major are in mid-progress of figuring out housing. We have a bunch of viewings this Sunday July 6th and are in seek of more cool roommates.

We are viewing two four bedroom apartments, a five bedroom house, and also we are lining up an early interview for a 6 bedroom house which happens to be the supreme housing situation if we find the right people in the allotted time frame. For any and all of these housing options in the Village of New Paltz move in date would be August 1st, unless the landlord is kind and permits an August 15th move in considering most people especially myself wouldn't be able to move in so soon due to work but would most certainly pay the extra couple weeks to secure the perfect house.

As much of a mouth full of information this CL post entails, I will kindly give ya my life story via text if ya ask! I can assure both Amber and myself are very well-rounded, down to earth, athletically inclined and determined to progress our education, have fun and be responsibly peaceful. Etc.
