Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hi my name is Connor im a visual art major going into my senior year at new paltz. me and my friend Ted are moving into this three bedroom apartment on the third floor of a house right in town. 55 north chestnut its a big yellow house and there is one bedroom left that YOU could fill. We've already talked to the land lord and if we can find a 3rd guy by june 15th then we can get the apartment. We are both very easy going, we play music and videogames and all that good stuff. 420 friendly, we like to have a good time but also take school seriously. So if youre interested dont hesitate to call or text me, the rent is 675 a month which is pretty decent for being right in town. Looking for a 6th roomate to fill up our 6 person house. As of now theres two guys and  three girls and we're looking for a third guy to have that balance. The rent is 570 a month plus utilities.
