Either subletting or a 6-month lease is fine by me.
Next semester will begin my second year at New Paltz, but I am trying to transfer after the Fall semester.
I'm from Brooklyn, and I spend most (if not all) weekends there so I'll barely be around other than studying or sleeping.
Other than that, I still enjoy hanging out and go out on some weekdays when I don't have to be up early for class.
