I'm looking to sublet my room for the summer (May 15, 2015~Aug 21, 2015) to a nice and responsible person
The room is nice and small for anyone that is staying over the summer for classes or just because.

The rent would be $525 per month, EVERYTHING INCLUDED!!!
The $525 includes:
-furnished bedroom with a bed, desk, closet, bookshelves, and drawers
-Wifi
-water and electricity

There is also laundry available (wash and dry) for $3 and parking, if needed.
The location is very close to SUNY NEW PALTZ, about a 5 min walk to the SUB and 10 min walk to town/stop&shop.
There MIGHT be two other sublets you will share the kitchen and bathroom with.

Im looking to sublet my friends room preferably from May 20, 2014 to August 20, 2014.
The room is located at 18 Joalyn Rd (about 5-10min walk to campus, depending on where you want to go), close walk to town with Stop & Shop near by, private parking, accessible laundry, and best of all... ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!!! (water, wifi, AC, electricity, garbage)

Price: $550 (second floor)
Furnished with a bed, desk, walk-in closet, couch, & bookshelf.
This room is large and VERY VERY spacious.
You will be sharing a kitchen & bathroom with one of my housemates (male), if he stays for the summer (most likely not)
