I am currently in a 3 bedroom apartment in Windsor Court Apartments - very spacious, quiet, and reasonably priced (we pay less than $500 per month with utilities). I am looking to get my room sublet by the end of May because I am headed out to an internship but the lease for my other two roommates ends June 30. If one of you would be interested in moving into the apt a month early my room is available! On June 30 your other two friends could move into the other spacious two bedroom room.

New Paltz -- one room in two bedroom apartment, spacious, very reasonable, quiet apartment complex but close to town when you need excitement. The room comes with furnishings I am willing to give to you for a very small price. My two roommates share a bigger room in the apartment.

I am moving out for an internship that starts in May so I need someone to sublet the room from either March-June 30, April-June 30, or May-June 30. Exact date is negotiable to when you would need the room.

This would be ideal for someone wanting to move into an apartment early this spring and possibly renew the lease in July with two friends who would like to move into the other spacious room!!
