I'm subletting my room in 26 south oakwood for the summer sessions.
It's 450/Month with utilities included. The house has off street parking and is as close as possible to campus!

It's furnished. Or not. Whatever
shared kitchen and bathroom.

I'm subletting my room in a large house at 26 South Oakwood for 450/month!
This can be rented for the first summer session, second summer session, or both!
The room is furnished, has off-street parking, and a shared kitchen and bathroom

Best part, it's DIRECTLY across the street from campus! And a short walk from main street and the grocery stores.
