Hey all,
I'm trying to sublet my bedroom from June to August. It's a bedroom in a four bedroom house. The house is located across the street from campus on Plattekill Ave. It is a two block walk from Main Street and a number of local restaurants, Starbucks, and Chase bank. The rent is 625 a month everything included (heat, electric, water). Off street parking is available. NO PETS please. Washer and dryer in the house so no expensive runs to Bubbles in the middle of the night. Room can come slightly furnished if needed.
