I am finding quite a few 3 bedroom houses that are beautiful and short distance from town (10-15 minute drive)
If anyone is looking for housing and has a car HMU!    :D

Moving back to New Paltz in August for the fall semester, currently living in California so won't be able to come see anything in person. I am a 25 yo female, mature, biology student. Non-smoker, occasional glass of wine with dinner. I have 2 very small dogs (approximately 8 lbs each) that are well trained. I like to keep my living space clean, kitchen immaculate. Prefer to have rent and utilities under 1.1k per month. Prefer to live somewhere that has some sort of yard or outdoor space for the dogs, but isn't totally necessary as I walk them twice each day.

hey everyone!

I am moving next month and am looking to sublet my room from now until May!

It's $600 with garbage, heat, and water included. Electric and wifi are the responsibility of the tenants in the house. It is a four room house so electric and wifi are very cheap when split four ways! Wifi last month was only $10 each. Electric is bimonthly and when split can range from 25-40 dollars per person. =D

The house has a large driveway, nice sized front porch, and a large deck in the back! Off the deck is a very large fenced in backyard. The room I am subletting has tons of light and a nice sized closet. There is a shared living room, bathroom w. clawfoot tub, and a shared kitchen. Washer and dryer on the premises!!!! This house is beautiful and convenient with lots of charm. Cats and small dogs are considered!!!

If you would like more info please email n02351205@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu or txt 518-354-0502!!! thank you!

one room in a four bedroom house is available for rent on Grove street starting July 1st for 600$ (if it would be better for you to start in august we can work something out)... there is a washer/dryer in basement.. a small garage and driveway for parking... a front porch and a large back deck (with a section screened in for smokers in bad weather).. full living/dining room and kitchen.. a small food pantry..  Heat, water, and garbage is included in the rent.. the only other extra expenses are wifi and electric that will be split between everyone living in the house. (small cat/dog considered)

Hey, if you have a couple friends and are looking for a place to live, I have found an AMAZING house.  The area of new paltz it's located in is lent drive off of henry dubois.
This house is beautiful, huge modern stainless steel kitchen.. all appliances provided, along with dining room table, workout room equipment, and some bedroom furnishings.. huge living room and a finished attic for extra storage.  huge private bedrooms.. seriously they're like twice the size of a dorm room and it's all yours.
there's about 2 acres of land, a massive back porch overlooking a pond, AND a 6 person HOT TUB.
rent is 650 (2,600 for the whole house)

please be animal and 420 friendly
Hit me up if interested!

I'm a senior with a very friendly yorkie/toy poodle mix and need to find an apartment for the 2015-2016 school year.  I would like to stay within walking/biking distance to the college.  My budget is about 650$ for rent not including utilities.   I'm not interested in living in a "party" house, I would prefer somewhere more quiet and laid back during weeknights. I'm responsible, clean, respectful, and I don't smoke cigarettes.  Interested in a 1 bedroom, or filling a vacant spot in a 2, 3, or 4 bedroom house.

Hey Colin, I've been looking into somewhere to live within walking distance to SUNY too and I think I found a place if you're interested. I need a roommate because I can't afford rent on my own, we'd be splitting rent that's 885.
I have a kitten if that matters but hopefully it doesn't =]
