Large sunny 2 bedroom apartment - basically the entire second floor - in large old farmhouse.. 625sqft... private separate entrance, sole access to newly built front porch with great view of sunset, efficency kitchen with new cabinets, frig, microwave, hot plate (a good one), etc., large closet, one bedroom is furnished with queen sized bed rest unfurnished. However futon, comfy chairs, island,desk, mirror available if wanted. All utilities included (wifi, heat, water, snow plow, washing machine and dryer - no cable t.v. however), use of 6 arcres, private access and use of large back porch (shared), plenty of parking. Downstairs tenant has intermittant use of shower only, but otherwise full upstairs bathroom belongs to upstair tenent (downstair tenant has use of half bathroom). Great for two students. Rooms, hallway and sitting room, stairway and kitchen all freshly sanded and polyed floors, fresh paint, lots of windows very sunny. Cats, bunnies and horses on property. Pocket pets okay, no smoking. Rent 790 for January and February if very cold.
