Rent is $450/month and includes Electric, Internet, and Water, as well as your own off the street parking spot.

I'm looking for $575/month which includes all utilities (water, electric, internet) and off street parking. Assuming all the other tenants will be there during the summer (which probably won't be the case) you would be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with no more than 3 other people.
