I'm a 21 year old transferring up to New Paltz from Long Island as a junior and am searching for a place to live for the fall semester. Willing to do one year leases. Willing to room with people (male or female, I have no preference whatsoever). I'm a very friendly guy who makes friends easily. Enjoys having fun at times and other times can be very quiet but overall am a very chill person. My price range would go up to around $700 a month but would prefer to go less if possible. I drive and would love to find a place with off street parking.
