hello. I have one bedroom for rent for $600 a month. The place is in Village Arms condo complex. This is about a 25 minute walk to campus, and a 3 minute car ride to campus. I am a female seeking a female preferably to live with. The $600 includes heat and hot water. Additional charges would include cable and electricity.. altogether should not go over $650 a month.
