Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I have one bedroom available for rent in my house.  It has six bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms and a full living room and kitchen.  It is a 5 minute walk from campus, located on South Chestnut street.  5 girls live there currently, pretty clean.
its 540 a month plus cable/internet, electric and heat.  All together we end up paying approx 575 a month, sometimes less sometimes more depending on the electric/heat we use.

I am studying abroad for the Fall 2012 semester.  I live in a house with 6 girls including me, there are two bathrooms, everyone has their own room, a large kitchen, living room, every bedroom has a closet.

The rent is 540 a month, we pay electric, cable/internet, and heat separate.

The house is literally right off campus, at 74. South Chestnut street so you don't need a car but we do have a parking lot with enough spaces for everyone to have a car.
