Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

My name's Terry, I am looking for a place for the Fall semester only (not a full year) as I am graduating at the end of Fall. Preferably a place that is decent walking distance of the campus and I don't really have a preference for rent price. I clean after myself, and I consider myself a low key person. Hey there,

I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or a place that has 2 bedrooms available for my friend and I (both male if it matters). We are both finishing our undergrad at the end of the Fall 15 semester at New Paltz, so we are looking for places that offer a semester lease. Distance must be pretty close to campus or at least at a good driving distance, and looking for the rent to be around $600 or less, but we can pretty flexible if need be.

My name is Terry, I am a 22 year old student, and a senior at SUNY New Paltz. I am a photo major, and have about a year and a half left of school. Some things about me, I enjoy listening to/talking about music, riding my bike, I considered myself to be pretty responsible person, and will usually clean up after myself. I am pretty laid-back, and will go with flow most times. I don't consider myself to be a loud person or even a "party" person. I just like to kick back and enjoy the company of some people with some music.
