Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I am a graduate student seeking a 1-bedroom apartment for my partner and I for the upcoming school year. Our lease ends June 1st, so we're hoping for a property we could move into as soon as our current lease ends. Budget is at $1200/month. Within walking distance is preferred, as currently only one of us drives. We also have a sweet, well-behaved cat. Ideally looking for laundry facilities as well. We are a very clean, quiet couple hoping to find a place we can stay at after I finish my last year of school.
