Newer, spacious apartment located in Church st commons. Has central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and carpeted bedrooms.

We have one room left. Rent is $675 a month plus utilities.

We're two guys: One of us is doing the MBA program and I'm working full time in the area.

We're looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment off campus in New Paltz. Preferably where the lease starts in May or June as I will be staying in town during the summer.
