I am going to Florida next semester. Looking for a cool, preferably 420-friendly person to rent my room to. This is a six-person house, all friendly and fun. No pets. Rent is $615, everything included. Comes nicely furnished with a twin bed, two dressers, spacious desk, and night table.

Just down the road from the College Diner. Five minute drive to campus.
