Available February, my room mate is moving out and I want to keep my sweet place. I'm a senior majoring in Biochemistry. Clean, comfortable, and spacious bedroom. We have no living room, just kitchen, bath, and large personal bedroom.Rent is 500/month, includes heat and hot water, split wifi and electricity bills, which is cheap. She plans to move out by February 15th, so I am looking for someone to sign a new lease with. First months rent plus 1.5 months security required.
