Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hi, I'm a female  and rising senior at SUNY New Paltz. I'm looking for a studio apartment or bedroom near campus for the next academic year that's under $700 a month. I'm really responsible and quiet.

Hello everyone! We hope that this message finds you well.

We're two young women, rising seniors at SUNY New Paltz. We're looking for a two bedroom apartment that's walking distance from campus that's between $400-$660, including utilities, per month per person. Apartment-wise, we're looking to sign a one year lease for Fall 2016-Spring 2017. With that said, we'd like something furnished, well-kept, with a kitchen, and access to a functioning washer and dryer.

One of us is studying abroad for the Spring 2016 semester so one of us would love to see the space by the end of January.
