Hey! I have one room for rent in the Village that is available right now! Rent is $625/month, utilities and cable included. NO LEASE. The house has three bedrooms (one would be yours), a full kitchen, dining room, back patio, two and a half baths, a washer and dryer, and a living room. You would have access to the whole house. It is in a quite complex at the end of Church Street, just a five minute walk to Main Street, and a 10 minute walk to campus, with on street parking close by. I am asking for $625 per month for each, this includes everything and I mean everything: room, full bathroom, heat, a/c, electric, cable + internet, utilities, garbage, snow removal, full kitchen, washer and dryer, back patio and grill. NO LEASE. It is in a nice spot down Church St., just a 10 minute walk to campus. There is one parking space available in the lot - first come, first serve - but there is also on street parking very close. Pets are OK. This is not a party house, I am just looking for some chill roommates.
