I'm looking for a sublet starting June 1st through august 22nd.

The condo is on Orchard Heights Road, right off of Church Street in New Paltz and is $520 per month not including electric (comes out to around $560 per month).

Large living room, backyard with garden, private bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lots of storage/space, wifi, washer and dryer.
Close to town and 10 minute walk to campus.

Looking for someone to sublet a room at 26 South Oakwood Terrace from May 25 - July.

This house has a great location - less than a minute walk to campus!
Also: free parking

$500 per month including utilities.
