Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / SPRING 2016 SUBLET $507/MONTH

Hi!
I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a house out in Rifton (12 minute drive from campus).
The rent is 507 a month and includes utilities and a washer and dryer.
There are 2 other girls living here, both graduate students, and a friendly dog.

Hello!
Starting in January, 2016, there will be a room available for sublet in a 3 bedroom house in Rifton, NY.

There are two other girls living here and a dog (friendly, short-hair). Washer and dryer included. Landlord takes care of all maintenance. The open room is on the second floor next to the bathroom. The house has a basement and a back yard. On a quiet street, across from the post office and a fire department (rarely any sirens).

12-15 minute drive to SUNY New Paltz and 20 minutes from Kingston.

Looking for Roommate to Live Outside New Paltz / Room available for sublet in Rifton, NY

Hello!
There is a room available for Spring 2016 (starting in January) at a house in Rifton.
I will be studying abroad and am looking to sublet. There are two other girls in the house, both graduate students in the Music Therapy field. There is a dog living in the house (he's very nice). The house is about a 15 minute drive away from SUNY New Paltz and 20 minutes from Kingston. It's 3 floors, the bedroom for rent is on the second floor next to the bathroom. It's very spacious and there's a basement with a washer and a dryer.
