We have 2 bedrooms available in a really nice 4 bedroom house on Old Kingston road, about 1.5 miles from the SUNY campus.  The house is pretty big with a good sized yard and back deck, and is right next to the rail trail.  The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and garage.  We are two guys entering our senior year and are laid back, clean, and responsible.  Rent is $565 a month.  You can email or text me if you're interested or have any questions.
