Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Looking to sublet my room for the spring 2015 semester.

Large room will be fully furnished. Super close and campus and town. 5min walk or less to each.

Housemates are very friendly and considerate. All seniors; four girls, one guy. You would share a bathroom w three other people. Lots of space Landlady is great.

Rent is $600 a month plus utilities. We pay for internet, electric, water/sewer, and propane heat (for the water). Landlady pays for oil heat which saves us a lot of money and keeps the house nice and warm during the winter.

I am looking to sublet my large, very nice room for the spring 2015 semester. I can be flexible-ish with the start date, but generally speaking I am looking for someone to cover January to June (or even until July if need be).

Housemates are all students; four females, one male. Very neat, quiet, and considerate. We have a rotating chore schedule that's pretty simple and has been very efficient. Great landlord.

Hi! I found a really nice house close to campus (5min walk) but the room I'm interested in is too expensive to rent as a single so I need a roommate. The room is definitely big enough for two and it's in the basement so it has its own entrance and it'd be pretty private/quiet. There's a common room and bathroom in the basement as well. The rest of the house is pretty nice and the landlord's cool. To share, it's about $515 each. 

Landlord pays heating (oil) bill but all other utilities are divided by the tenants. Not a party house! I like to have fun but I'm studious during the week. I'm pretty laid back (I lived with four other girls this past year and had no issues/drama) and I'm easy to get along with.
