Hello, so far it's a group of 4 (3 females, 1 male) that are looking to sign a lease for a 5-6 bedroom house on Church Street. The house has 3 floors, with bedrooms scattered across the top 2. There is 1 full bathroom and 2 1/2 bathrooms + the house has a nice backyard. To sign the lease we all would pay the fees attached for signing and 1st month's rent+security deposit.
