I am a graduate student, looking for a summer sublet for myself and my wife. Dates are somewhat flexible, looking to move in between May 15th and June 1st and staying to the beginning of August, or thereabouts. We are looking for a place that is not shared; ideally, a house but apartment is also fine. Hoping to find something under $1300.
