I am going to be renting an apartment with 2 other girls at 56C Church Street right off of Main Street in New Paltz. We will have one friend Sara who is living in the apartment over the summer. She is very neat and clean. Subleters will have their own bedrooms, and a shared living room, kitchen, dining room and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. There is laundry on site as well. The apartment is only three years old and in very good condition. Looking for one or two girls, friends or not, it doesn't matter. The landlord is very nice and is extremely good looking as a plus! Cost of rooms would be $700 all included with electric, water, and wifi. Comes partially furnished.
