Due to unforeseen circumstances I was forced to withdraw from SUNY NP making my room in a 3 bedroom apartment located at 37 N Chestnut Street (2 blocks from P&G's/Main Street) available. As mentioned before gas & water are included in rent as well as complimentary garbage pickup. The apartment is occupied by two other responsible male seniors and includes a recently redone bathroom and kitchen area with a DISHWASHER! The walk to campus is approx 10 min. Parking lot in rear. Lease starts 8/1. No Pets
