A renter has backed out at the last minute, so we still have one additional room for rent in a shared house, about 5 miles outside of the town of New Paltz.
The house has two other residents, both working people. We are looking for a quiet, considerate, clean third person to share a big place with a back yard that has access to the Walkill River, close by the Rail Trail. The house has everything a student could want -- a large living room with fireplace, a huge kitchen with all modern appliances, Washer/dryer, and a screened-in porch with views of the trees and yard.
The $575 rent includes utilities. First and last month's rent required for move-in.
