I'm Julia, I'm a Biology major and going to be a senior next year looking for one more female roommate to fill the 3 bedroom house I'm currently in. It'll be me and one other female senior I have already found for next year. The lease goes from June 1st to the end of May 2016. The room is $475/month + utilities. It's a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. There's off street parking, dishwasher, washer and dryer (not coin operated), wifi, heat, and cable. It's about a 3 minute drive to campus and there's a bus stop for the Loop right down the street. I'm looking for someone who is clean and respectful. I'm looking for two clean, respectful female roommates to fill the rooms that are opening up for June 2015 to the end of May 2016. It's a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. One room is $475/month and the largest room is $550/month plus utilities for both. There's a dishwasher, washer and dryer (not coin operated), Wi-Fi, cable, heat, off-street parking for each tenant, and additional on street parking because we're at the dead end of the street.
