Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / Looking for 3 bedroom for 2015-2016

My group is looking for three bedrooms for the 2015-16 year, with a lease starting in May.
Ideally it would be
-walking distance from campus
-a house
-with a washer/dryer
Willing to
-live in an apartment
-have two bedrooms
MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY
There are four of us, two will be sharing a room, and the other two are willing to if the space is big enough.
