Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey, pretty much I am looking to sublet my room after I graduate May 16th. Perfect for anyone who wants to just lock up a home without any hassle, or is taking summer classes, or is staying the summer and may want the same place to continue living at for upcoming semesters. My lease ends July 31'st, however the landlord will soon be taking applications for people who want to sign a brand new 12 month lease (that's the only lease they offer) if that should interest you. This house is very nice, spacey, and for the most part renovated. My room is quite large and in great condition, the house is easily within walking distance to campus, the housemates are very nice and easy to get along with, it is quiet (not a party house at all), and it has a brand new washer/dryer.
