My friend and I are hoping to sublet our room in our house for the Spring 2015 semester. This is a shared room and we would like to sublet it to two friends, but if two random people are willing to live in the room together then that would be okay too. The rooms are fairly large and the house is a decent size as well. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. You would be living with 3 other girls (5 altogether). The girls are all very sweet, respectful and welcoming! The house is on Tricor Avenue, right behind campus (you can see the library from the backyard). A great location! It is $550 a month including utilities, there is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher too which is very rare to find in off campus housing!
