Hi,

We are three people guys currently living in a two bedroom Apt. Our apt include two bedroom, one bathroom, one balcony, and a kitchen. All of us are decent and understand the privacy of others. One of your housemate is graduating this semester. Our apt is a 5 min walk from the campus. We are looking for a housemate from this june. The rent includes all utility except electricity and cable.
The summer rent (june and july) is about 350$, while the rent for the fall term is 500$. You can also share the room with some one if you like. Fall/summer sublet,

One room available in a two bedroom apartment in Windsor Court Apartments. You will be sharing the apartment with
two other guys. There is a 6 month lease available starting from June, the lease can be extended to a 12 month leas. The room is also available for the summer only or for couple month in summer. The rent for the room is $500  plus electricity and Wifi. Heat and Water is included. The rent for the summer can be negotiable.
