Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I'm moving home at the end of the Spring 2015 semester, but my lease goes until the end of June. I'm looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 2-BR apartment on South Chestnut Street from May 17th or 18th until the end of June (new lease starts July 1st.) Rent is $625 a month without utilities. Utilities would be cheap, however, for only a month & a half. Apartment is right next to Main Street and about a 10-minute walk to campus.

P.S. New lease, starting July 1st, is also open for two people.

I am studying abroad during the Fall 2014 semester of my senior year at SUNY New Paltz. I'm looking for either a half-year lease or to find someone who is only looking to live somewhere until December 2014, in which I could take over the lease until May. I'd prefer to pay less than $600, and have utilities included. (Just a preference though)
