I'm currently looking for a roomie for the months of June-May 2014. Unfortunately, my current roomie is graduating so I need a roommate asap! Although I live on top of a bar, I can assure you the music is not that bad once you get accustomed to it. The apartment is pretty spacious overall. There is free parking available in the back of the apartment. Its about a 5-10 minute walk to campus. Utilities come every other month and it would be no more than $50-75 per person depending on the season.

) It's about a 5-10 minute walk to campus and parking is available right behind the apartment as well. Did I mention you will be having your own room? Utilities are separate but trust... they're not that expensive at all.

I'm currently looking for a down-to-earth roommate for the months of June-May. Rent is only $450 utilities are separate but only come in every two months (usually $50-$100 each) depending on the season. It's a very spacious apartment and you will have YOUR OWN ROOM! The apartment is literally in town above a bar (downtown). I can assure you that you can definitely get accustomed to the music after a while. Did I mention the walk to campus is no less than 10 minutes? 
If you have a car, parking is available in the back. Although I really love dogs, the landlord does not allow pets
