Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hi, I'm graduating in December and frantically hoping to find someone to replace me in a seven-share for the spring 2014 semester. Male or female.

If you're studying abroad this fall, just looking to move off-campus, or in need of a place for spring 2014 – this housing arrangement would start January 2014.

The house is on Orchard Lane:

•   $650/month utilities inclusive, free driveway parking
•   Excellent location: 5 mins. to Humanities/Central campus, 5 mins. To Main St, and walking distance to Stop 'N Shop/Shop Rite
•   Wood floors, many windows, yard space, two floors, two bathrooms, spacious kitchen

·      5 min. walk to campus, near to town
·      Free washer/dryer in kitchen (super convenient), parking, wifi is included
·      Large living room, room can be left furnished if preferable


My lease ends July 27st but I will be out by June. There is possibility of extending the lease also.
