I am a senior that will be graduating in December 13. I signed a year lease to a really awesome house across the street from campus. The house is 32 S Oakwood. It is a room for rent and the room is spacious with two closets and bright natural light coming in from the large windows. The rent is $580/month which includes EVERYTHING: heat, electricity, cable, Wifi, garbage renewal and lawn maintenance. This is really a great deal. It is hard to find a place with such a great location (close to campus and town) and great accommodations.
