Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

My roommate and I have a lease that goes until August 1st in the Paltz Commons (right in the village) but we will be gone from mid May on. We were hoping to find two people to take over the lease from end of May until August 1st. Bedrooms can be furnished if desired or if you prefer to bring your own things that is fine too! Rent is 625$ per person, there are utilities but we have decided to continue to pay them until the end of our lease, however we ask that you respect the fact that we are paying and not be wasteful.
