My name is Taylor. I'm twenty years old and I'm going to be a senior this coming year. I'm looking for a place to live for the upcoming school year. I would prefer to live with just one other girl. I'm not looking to spend more than about $725/month including utilities, but would prefer something much cheaper than that.

I major in Early Childhood/Childhood Education with a concentration in English. I also minor in Deaf Studies. I do not drink, smoke anything, or do drugs. I do not party, and am usually at home most days. I am looking for a roommate who will be respectful, does not smoke anything, and won't have people coming into the house at all hours of the night. I don't mind people coming during the day, and don't mind people spending the night once in a while if they are respectful. I have dealt with really bad roommates in the past, and finally had an amazing roommate this past year, but unfortunately she won't be there with me for my last year. I am just looking for someone with whom I can spend my last year at SUNY New Paltz without drama. I'm not the type of person who will be on top of you if you leave dishes in the sink overnight, and never had an issue with cleaning with my current roommate (we would jump in to do whatever was needed, and never really had to have a discussion about it).

Please email me at n02474153@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu if you have a room that I could look at. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have for me as well.

Thank you!

Hi, my name is Taylor. I'm twenty years old, and I'm going to be a senior this coming year. I'm looking for someone to move into the other bedroom in the place I rent.

The house is across the street from campus (Old Main side), only a minute or two from the academic buildings depending on how quickly you walk. The space available is the top floor of the house. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The rent for you would be $710/month, including utilities and wifi. I pay more than that, as my room is slightly bigger, and am completely covered by reimbursement checks from the school for living off campus, so there shouldn't be a problem with the cost. The house is rented out all year long, so a new tenant can move in over the summer if they wanted. The landlord is always available to help us should we need it (snow removal, lawn maintenance, garbage removal, etc.). The kitchen includes a stove/oven, full size refrigerator, and sink. I also have a microwave.

I do not drink, smoke anything, or do drugs. I do not party, and am usually at home most days. I am looking for a roommate who will be respectful, does not smoke anything, and won't have people coming into the house at all hours of the night. I know that I may sound a little uptight, but I'm actually a pretty fun person once you get to know me (just very into my studies). I just know what has worked and what hasn't worked for me in roommate situations in the past. I don't mind if you like to go out and have a good time, but I just ask that you leave that at the door and not bring it into the house.

Please feel free to email me if interested or with any questions. I should be able to get pictures within the next week or so when I head back up to New Paltz.

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to find a place to live for next year. I'm going to be a junior, and I'm majoring in Childhood Education/English. I'm looking for a place close to campus, and would love to move in with at least one other girl, but more than one is fine.

I'm pretty quiet, so I'm looking for roommates who can pull me out of my shell a little! I would really love to meet some girls who I can be friends with, as well as roommates.

If anyone has a space available for next year, or if you are currently looking for a place and would like to possibly be roommates next year, please feel free to email me! I'd love to get to know someone before moving in together, so I'd be happy to talk to you! If you don't have a place right now, and are just looking for someone to move in with, we should definitely start talking soon so we have plenty of time to find a place before next year!

I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!

- Taylor  :)
