We live in New Paltz Garden Apartment, which is a nice living community. It is close to both campus(10 mins) and the Plaza area.
Our lease is till August 31, 2012. So you could just live here till that time, but furniture are offered.
The rent is 540 plus electricity and wifi 13~40. So the total will be around 580.
