Looking for Roommate in New Paltz / NEED A FEMALE ROOMATE! 350 ROOM!

Hi I am looking for a responsible and easy going female to live in half of a loft (I am in the other half). The rent is $350 a month and the electric is split between everyone. There is currently three girls, including myself, living here and we are just looking for one more girl to fill the house. The house is about a 5 minute drive from campus so if you have a car it shouldn't be a problem. The house is great, brand new appliances and very clean. WARNING: this is not a party house!
