Hello friends! I have one bedroom open in a lovely, newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment for the month of June. The rent is normally about $650/month but because this is last minute and because this is only for a month, I am offering $400/month. It is in the New Paltz Gardens which is only a ten minute walk to campus and about the same to Stop & Shop. I will pay the utilities so that is an all inclusive price.
