Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey my name is Kim and my other roommate is Steph. We are looking for one more roommate for the spring 2012 semester. We are both very easy going people but like to go out and have some fun once and a while. The apartment is completely furnished and comes with a dishwasher, new oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, shower, rugs, lighting and basically everything. The apartment is located right across from campus and is a very short walk to town, about 10 minutes. Rent should be about $480. Electric and cable aren't included but those are relatively cheap.
