I have a group of four (myself included), looking to split a three bedroom. We are a group of seniors, grad students, and recent graduates. We are a clean, quiet, responsible and very friendly group of people. We would prefer utilities to be included and rent close to $600, lower would be nice. You'll be living with two really sweet girls, partying is okay but being quiet when necessary is also wanted. You are literally just 75 feet from campus. Everything is included except for internet. Just $630 a month. The house is on 26 Oakwood, NOT connected to the main house, so you have an entire separate apartment. No smoking inside.
