For Rent in New Paltz / Room in Main Street Apartment
« on: January 02, 2013, 04:36:46 PM »
I'm moving out of my bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment. It's an excellent location: right Main Street, next to Oasis, and above Rock da Pasta. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to campus, and about two minutes to any restaurant or bar in town. There's free parking, and there's a laundromat across the parking lot. The place is unfurnished, and you'd be moving in with my clean and respectful roommate, Rob. Rent is 620 a month, plus only a bi-monthly electric bill.

Call me for further information: 518-573-6962

One bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment will be available as soon as needed. It's located on Main Street, in the middle of the village, and within a ten minute walk to campus. There's free parking, and a laundromat across the street. It's a decent sized, unfurnished bedroom with plenty of storage space.

Rent is 620, plus a bi-monthly electric bill.

For Rent in New Paltz / Main Street Apartment Bedroom for Spring 2013
« on: November 26, 2012, 11:16:47 AM »
I'm moving out of my apartment in January, and need someone to move in for the Spring semester. It's located right on Main Street, next to Oasis Cafe, and less than ten minutes from campus. Unlike other sublets, I am not returning to New Paltz. So, you can rent the apartment for as long as you want after May. You'll be moving in with my current, fun, and clean roommate.

Call/text at: 518-573-6962

I know you're looking for a one-bedroom/studio, but I am subletting my bedroom that's in a two-bedroom apartment on Main Street. My roommate is an incredibly easy-going, respectful, and quiet guy. The apartment is right in the middle of everything in town, and less than a 10 minute walk to campus.

Let me know if you're interested! N01912207@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu

I'm currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment on 60 Main Street, and will be moving in January. I need someone to fill my bedroom, and take-over the lease in the spring. It's a great location, with rent at $625 a month, with electricity not included.

If interested, please e-mail me at N01912207@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu.

I just saw an apartment today that I thought I could rent by the room, but I need another person to fill it. A very short walk to campus, it's a 2-bedroom apartment right on Main Street. Rent is $620 a month, including all utilities except electric (which comes to about 80 dollars for 3 months). Lease starts in June, and runs until the end of the academic year. I'm going into my senior year, majoring in Secondary Education in history. I would say that I'm very easy to live with. I'm clean, responsible, a good student, but not boring. Though I'm a girl, I don't mind living with any gender.

If you're interested, let me know as soon as possible. My name is Katie, and my e-mail is N01912207@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu.

Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / Re: Fall 2012
« on: April 19, 2012, 06:59:55 PM »
I'm also only going to be in New Paltz for the Fall because of student teaching in the spring. Would you want to potentially go in on an apartment in Southside or one of the other complexes? It might not be ideal, but they lease out by the semester, and we could try and find a third roommate to make it more affordable. I'm an easy-going, clean, and a respectful roommate.

Let me know: 518-573-6962.
