Hi, I am 28 years old male transfer student and looking for housemate to my apartment. The apartment is fully furnished that the tenant only need to come with suitcases ( maybe a office chair also). The apartment is in condo units has 2 parking spots for my apartment, I use it already one of them. There is laundry on site and rent is 800$ included utilities.
